FEEDBACK FROM DARWIN COLLEGE.
The feedback I got from Darwin College for my video was mostly positive, which surprised me quite a bit because due to teacher’s comments, I thought that maybe there was less of a posibility for it to be shown.
However, Darwin College picked my piece, which I am really pleased about.
The comment that they attached with my ‘YES’ was: It is a visually arresting piece.

If I was able to complete my video over the weekend I would;
-SHOOT MORE FOOTAGE- a female model would’ve been great, but then again I would’ve had to make my footage shorter to fit the timing correctly.
-EDITING- I would’ve taken the oppurtunity to re-do my editing, like Nick and Steve would’ve preferred, but also kept my own to see which works better.

In today’s last sessions on this project, I have been continuing to edit my sequence.

Rough Cut Feedback.
So far all the feedback for my rough cut has been positive.
I asked a few of the other students in my class, family, friends and also the two models I used in my video.

In today’s first lesson, I have continued editing my footage.

In today’s session, I managed to get the footage and photographs together and upload them on to here and the footage on to Final Cut Express where I captured it.

In today’s sessions, I started off the day by uploading my practice footage on to the mac at Coleridge, however, it didn’t work yet again! Pete and I had to go back to the Mac I originally worked on and got the footage off of that, then transferred it back to the other Mac I am now working on.

Over the weekend I searched through Cambridge and on the internet to find Powder Paint. The search seemed difficult, because I thought Heffers, Cambridge’s only lasting art shop, has gone, however it has just changed it’s name to Tindall’s.
I bought five different coloured powder paint jars costing £12.45 all together.

At Coleridge today, we started off by analysing and annotating different aspects in our sketchbooks.
For this, I chose to my pages with not much writing, in case it’s confusing to the reader.
I also decided to use some mixed media which was provided on the tables(coloured tape etc) in my sketchbook just to add another little finishing touch.
